1.白菜心洗干净,姜蒜切末,辣椒切丝!

2.白菜切掉根部一下,在切成一厘米宽条!

3.需要的蚝油!

4.煮锅开水,先将根部放入烫一会,在全部压入水里烧开即可!

5.沥干水份,放入盘里!

6.平底锅热油,爆香姜蒜辣椒!

7.依次加入蚝油、生抽、鸡精,边放边轻轻搅动,锅里起泡即可!

8.再将做好的蚝油汁浇入白菜即可享用!
